Annual Retainer Program

What is the Annual Retainer Program?
All through the year there are numerous reasons why you may need to call us to get advice on tax matters. Your call could be for a notice you received, or because you want to take some financial decisions and want to understand its tax implications or may be because you want to proactively plan for your taxes.

Rather than pay us by the hour each time you need us, we offer a discounted program called Annual Retainer Program. Under this program, you don’t have to think twice about calling your tax advisor to make the right financial decisions. It also covers our services for most of the basic tax-related notices from IRS and State Authorities.

Unfortunately, you have to sign-up for this program while filing the tax returns with us. This program is not available to sign up later (eg: when you actually receive a notice!)

The fee for this program is $100/year.

Security Related Document – People ask questions about data security measures. We don’t ask any online submission of personal information through our website. Also, we don’t store any data on our website. Hence, we don’t need any certificates for the website. However, following FAQs will answer your questions regarding safety and security of your personal information sent to us for tax filing purposes.

What information do we collect?
We may collect information, including personal information, about you, your spouse, your dependents, or your business when you use our services for tax filing.

Where do we get this information?
You provide us most of the information we collect. We also receive information through certain digital technologies when you interact with us.

How do we use your information?
We use this information for tax preparation services, or other services like FBAR filing, in case you opt for them.

Who do we share your information with?
We do not sell or rent your information without your consent. We may, however, share your information with your consent or as permitted by law.

How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information for as long as needed or as required by law.

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those members of our firm who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
